Abstract of Research and Education

Research interest
Economics and management of innovation and psychology and neuroscience of individual and group creativity. In particular, I am interested in investigating psychological and institutional determinants of creativity and innovation probability through behavioral experiments, fMRI, and EEG studies.

Teaching interest
Innovation management and economics, cognitive psychology for creativity, and strategic management for MBA students and managers, including the OODA loop and positive deviance approach.
