Abstract of Research and Education
Research:
My areas of expertise are human resource management, organization theory, and the history of management studies, and I am interested in the methodology of management studies. Currently, I am conducting research on human capital management (a set of practices that measure, disclose, and use human resource data), which has attracted both practical and academic attention in recent years, from the perspective of critical management studies.
Education:
Although I will not be teaching, I would like to engage in educational research in the areas of human resource management, organization theory, management theory, and the history of management studies.
