Abstract of Research and Education

I am interested in the business life cycle. Business is affected by government policies, legal regulations, economic fluctuations, social conditions, technological innovations, and other factors. For these reasons, it is said that business follows a life cycle just like human life. How should a company deal with the life cycle of this business to survive into the future? What kind of business development system should you have in place during the introductory phase of your business? What kind of business strategies should you adopt during the growth and maturity phases? And how do you go about business succession during periods of decline? We aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of business management.

When it comes to education, my motto is, “Open the shoji screen. The world is wide.”

In undergraduate education, we focus on the topics of entrepreneurship and business succession. We aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of business model design and business succession. Through a rapid cycle of “reading, thinking, and speaking,” we will get closer to the essence of entrepreneurship. Through conducting collaborative research with startups, small and medium-sized companies, we hope to conduct field research and dialogue with entrepreneurs.

In graduate school, we delve deeply into and think through familiar issues related to business development and succession. We would like to spend time clarifying individual research theme and research topic. Because asking “good questions” is more important than coming up with good answers. This “good question” is an essential question that will prompt broad and deep thinking about the problems that arise in the field. We want to value some realizations during the process of writing each thesis.
