Abstract of Research and Education

My field of specialization is Management and Human Resource Management. In particular, my research focuses on the psychological aspects of employees in organizations, such as psychological capital and well-being, and examines empirically how these factors relate to organizational performance. I explore how organizations can create environments in which individuals can thrive and fully realize their potential.
