Application Procedure

From August 1 to October 31

  Fact Sheet　　Please check all information carefully and contact us if you have any inquiries.

You can find the application procedure in Fact Sheet. There are 2 steps to complete your application.

Step 1. Please send the following 3 documents via email.

  1. Application form
  2. Academic transcript (issued by your university)
  3. CV (free format)

Step 2. Please fill out COE online application after you receive an email with a link.

　You will need to upload the following 3 materials.

  1. Your photo
  2. Scanned data of your passport
  3. Financial proof

　Please refer to COE online application form appearance and instructions for detail.

 

Dormitory information

 Check-in dates (TBA)      Access

   Your dormitory allocation will be advised in early March.

   Please plan to arrive Kobe by April 1 to be able to attend New Exchange Students Orientation by Graduate School of Business Administration.

 

Arrival information 

   Please advise us your travel plan once your flight schedule is confirmed. (an excel sheet to be emailed)

Lecture period : April to August　 (including the examination period)

  • Syllabus and timetable will be available in the middle of March.
  • The schedule will be different for those taking KIMAP courses : Schedule | SESAMI Program.

The detail of the course registration will be explained at the faculty orientation.

For KIMAP courses：Schedule
For Japanese courses：GEC website
  • You need to take the online placement test before you choose your course.
  • (If you have never learned Japanese, please just choose Elementary courses.)
For other courses：University Syllabus Website

Health Check-up

April  (make a reservation by yourself)

  • Details will be informed at the orientation.
  • You are required to submit the certificate when you take this check-up.
