Abstract of Research and Education
My research is in the field of business administration with an emphasis on small and medium-sized
enterprises. My current studies and ongoing projects cover a range of topics in SMEs’ performance, intrafamily business succession, and mergers and acquisitions.
I provide the “Gaikoku Bunken Koji” course for the undergraduate students. Through the lectures, topics
on family business will be covered.
