Abstract of Research and Education

I specialize in studying strategic information transmission in organizational decision-making processes. My research interests include (i) multistage information transmission with voluntary monetary transfers, (ii) strategic interaction between information acquisition and transmission, and (iii) strategic information transmission and the allocation of decision-making authority in multidivisional organizations.

I will be teaching “Information Systems for Organization” for undergraduate students and “” for graduate students. These courses will cover the fundamental theory and models to analyze organizational questions. Students will learn how to use game theory and contract theory to understand the functions and characteristics of organizations and to theoretically analyze organizational design problems and performance of organizations.
