Online system for registering trips abroad

If you are traveling outside Japan, please register with the online system.
Please refer to the detail on the website and register your travel to the GEMs system, after obtaining your supervisor`s approval.
Please read carefully the university policy of COVID-19 as well.

Consultation for Foreign Residents in Hyogo

In the case of COVID-19 consultations, they also provide interpreters for public health centers, call centers and vaccination call center. Currently, due to the declaration of a state of emergency, interview consultations at the counter have been suspended, and consultations are only available by phone.
