Withdrawal from University

Please submit the following documents before the designated deadline.

  1. withdraw form
  2. an envelope (write your name and address to send the approval letter) 

 Please return your student ID card with the above.

Documents need to be submitted one month before the date on which you want to leave our university.

 

*Please contact us once if you are planning to withdraw from the university.

*Please obtain your supervisor’s approval before you submit the form.

*We cannot accept the form if you have not paid your tuition fee.

*If you apply after the semester starts (after April 1 and October 1), you need to pay the tuition fee before the submission. Please make sure to check your payment before submission.
